  • Yogurt (Vanilla& Plain)
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Walnuts & Pecans
  • Cereal (3 Boxes)
  • Red Onion
  • ¬†Mushrooms
  • 7 cloves of Garlic
  • ¬†handfuls of Spinach
Combine with:
  • Brown Rice Pasta
  • Ripped pieces of raw spinach
  • Organic Tomatoes
  • Raw red onions
  • Cucumbers
  • Red Peppers
Season with:
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Fennel
  • Sea Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Add a splash of Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • Shavings of fresh Parmesaen
Serve hot.

*Top with Fish if desired.
** I served it in a ramekin from the dollar store which I topped with extra Parmesan shavings and broiled to warm through and melt the cheese (6 min.).
***Italian Seasoning: Marjoram, Thyme, Basil, Rosemary, Rubbed Sage and Oregano.
  • I boiled a head of cauliflower
  • I threw in a red potato (cuz it was there, you don’t need to)
  • Drain
  • A dash of sea salt, pepper, fresh rosemary,teaspoon of nonfat plain yogurt & a wedge of Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss
  • Mash

Wow! was that fish great.

I took a half a tea cup of water with red pepper flakes.


place fish into pan.

Salt / Pepper

wait 3 min.

throw in 2 handfuls of arugula

wait 3 minutes.

Put it on a plate.

I tore this up


Use the juices

Put in a large pat of butter

and a spoonful of capers

Squeeze in lemon juice

salt / pepper

Done. Eat.
