Griled Peaches & Yogurt Yum!!!!

I personally did not grill them, but I ate them and fell in love. I will try this myself with vanila Greek Yogurt, drizzled Honey & Spices like Cinnamon & All Spice! AND a Sprig of Mint!!!! Why not have it for breakfast or a snack!!??


Eat this Pie [Apple]

Take a day off from eating fresh & easy and eat this pie. Yeah it’s full of sugary goodness and you’ll have no regrets.

Mix 2 cups of flour with 3/4 tsp of salt and add vegetable shortening one spoonful at a time till it becomes like cornmeal.

Create a mixture of 2tbs of sugar, 1tsp cinnamon & 1 tbs of flour.

Create a ball of dough, cut in half roughly and roll out the smaller half, place in bottom of dish. Slice and peel your apples and place half of them in the dish and sprinkle the sugar mixture on top along with 1/3 cup of sugar.

Place the rest of the apples and sprinkle the remaining mixture and 1/4 cup of Sugar. Squeeze 1/2 a lemon over the pie and place pats of butter randomly over the top.  Roll out second crust, place on top.

Bake at 400 for an hour and twenty five min.

Dinner [Real Apple Spice Oatmeal]

Wow, this was a satisfying dinner, here goes….

  • Make your oatmeal [this time I threw oatmeal and water in a bowl and microwaved it]
  • Popped it out, stirred in a dash of Almond milk
  • Dash of stevia/truvia,pumpkin spice, nutmeg
  •  Stir in apple chunks

*I put a swirl of honey on top and a dash of Cinnamon. Forgot I had Walnuts, next time.

Good Morning [Hot Wheat Cereal]

Steaming hot cereal on a cold Fall Morning.

Cook up Trader Joe’s Hot Wheat cereal according to the directions on the box.

A pat of butter and a Sprinkle of almonds and a Dash of Cinnamon.

Can u smell it?

Other times I use Honey, cinnamon and Almonds/Pecans.

Get ready. This ones just plain good. 

8 apples freshly hand picked from the orchard by yours truly.

Plus any combo of any or all of these things.

Be Brave.

  • 6-8 apples (cored, peeled)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 TBS cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup butter cut into pieces (place on top just before baking)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Mix & Bake @ 350 in a buttered baking dish for about an hour.
I suppose i saved myself a few calories since I don’t have a dough here.
