Sautee:
- Red Onion
- Mushrooms
- 7 cloves of Garlic
- handfuls of Spinach
Combine with:
- Brown Rice Pasta
- Ripped pieces of raw spinach
- Organic Tomatoes
- Raw red onions
- Cucumbers
- Red Peppers
Season with:
- Italian Seasoning
- Fennel
- Sea Salt
- Black pepper
- Red Pepper Flakes
Lastly:
- Add a splash of Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
- Shavings of fresh Parmesaen
Serve hot.
Done.
*Top with Fish if desired.
** I served it in a ramekin from the dollar store which I topped with extra Parmesan shavings and broiled to warm through and melt the cheese (6 min.).
