Sautee:
  • Red Onion
  •  Mushrooms
  • 7 cloves of Garlic
  •  handfuls of Spinach
Combine with:
  • Brown Rice Pasta
  • Ripped pieces of raw spinach
  • Organic Tomatoes
  • Raw red onions
  • Cucumbers
  • Red Peppers
Season with:
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Fennel
  • Sea Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red Pepper Flakes
Lastly:
  • Add a splash of Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • Shavings of fresh Parmesaen
Serve hot.
