  • 2 bunches of Cilantro
  • 10 red Pepers
  • Bag of Red Potatoes
  • Bag of Green Beans
  • 5 Ears of Corn
  • 4 Avacados
  • 3 Peaches
  • 4 Giant Sweet Potatoes
  • And one lonely Onion

Hit the Spot with this [Salmon dinner]

  • Salmon Season & pepper fish
  • Broil12 min/side
  • Steam some veg
  • Slice an avacado

Past Meals

Amy’s Soup Southwestern I think. A Dallop of plain Greek yogurt (a substitute for Sour cream), Avacado and Cilantro finish it off. Yum.

Leftover but not forgotten [Chicken Salad]

Chicken Salad       

Leftover Chicken?  No problem.

Place dressing in bowl.

Lettuce, cucumber, raw or sauteed Mushrooms, onions, croutons, cilantro, other herbs, ect. go next.

Toss & Turn the Lettuce in the bowl to coat it in the dressing.

Warm the chicken in the oven @ 375.

After 20 minutes check it to see if its warm enough.

Shred it & Place on top.

Done.

Back to Basics [Salad]

  • A whole Avacado
  • Three giant leaves of Red Leaf Lettuce
  • Sautéed onion & mushroom
  • Two slices of Turkey Bacon
  • Diced Cucumber
  • Eat
Cover in homemade dressing. 
Load on the toppings.

 

Done.

Quick! Lets Eat!!!!!

   Hmm, I’m hungry and must eat now. 

  • Avacado
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Serrano Peppers
  • Cilantro
  • Green Peppers
  • Salt & Peppa
  • Extra virgin Olive oil
  • Wheat Flat bread
  • Slice of cheddar
  • Water (Lemon Water)

So Easy It Hurts

What an easy way to make me eat 3 whole fruits/vegetables.

I used to eat this alot in the past, Im glad I rediscovered it.

Cut up the largest tomato you can find or a large and an a small one like I did.

As Much of a red onion as you want.

A Bunch of Cilantro.

Red Wine Vinegar.

Extra Virgin Olive oil.

A little sea salt

Little Pepper

And a Hunk a bread.

Boom!

Wash it down with lemon water.
