From a vegan cookbook, Venture some vegan cooking. . .
  • 1  1/2 cups of unbleached flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Combine with wooden spoon.

Knead.

On flour surface knead 1 min., roll into log.

Cut in 6 – 8 pieces.

Roll each one out flat.

Pan fry with smallest dab of oil.

* I  will try to bake mine next time, the book suggests a grill as well.

This whole thing takes 10 or 15 minutes, why not try it?
