I tried these from Lean Secrets by Brenda Turner.

  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1tbs Coconut flour
  • Scoop Protein Powder
  • Dash of cinnamon & Pumpkin Spice
  • Stevia/Truvia

Mix that bad boy together and we’re havin’ pancakes!

A dab of coconut oil on the pan and go at it.

Done.

*I used Blackberries & Walnuts on top squeezed Orange juice in w/berries.
