Wow! was that fish great.

I took a half a tea cup of water with red pepper flakes.

Boil.

place fish into pan.

Salt / Pepper

wait 3 min.

throw in 2 handfuls of arugula

wait 3 minutes.

Put it on a plate.

I tore this up

Sauce:

Use the juices

Put in a large pat of butter

and a spoonful of capers

Squeeze in lemon juice

salt / pepper

Done. Eat.
